ORDERS

1. I am unsure of what size to purchase. Please can you advise?

Please refer to our size chart here. It provides a practical reference for the measurements of the garment, not the body size. To find the right fit, take out your favourite T-shirt, lay it flat on the floor and take the measurements as listed here. Choose the size closest to the results.


2. I want to try your garment before I purchase it. How can I do it?

We currently do not have a standalone brick-and-mortar store (not yet, anyway), as part of our strategy to keep our cost lean and our garments affordable.

However, we totally get the importance of feeling and trying garments before purchasing. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook, we will keep you up to date on the whereabouts of our pop-up shops.

If it turns out that the T-shirt doesn’t fit you perfectly after purchase, we’re more than happy to exchange it for free. Kindly ping us on Facebook Messenger, or send us an email at hello@buttonwell.com. We will ask for your order details before we proceed with your exchange request.


3. Do I have to create an account to place an order?

We strongly recommend you create an account with us so that you can track your order status and your historical purchases.

If you prefer not to, you can still order with us by using guest checkout. 


4. How do I create an account?

You can create an account by clicking the “Sign In” link in the top menu of our website.


5. I am having issue with my login password. What do I do?

At the “Sign In” page, select you have forgotten your password. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link, enter a new password and you're good to go!


6. Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order has been successful. In case there are any issues, please use the order number included in this email when you get in touch with us.

You will also receive another email from us once your garments have been shipped, together with the tracking number.


7. I have just received a promotional code. How do I use it?

To use our promotional codes, add your garments to the shopping basket and proceed to checkout. At the checkout page, enter your promotional code (case sensitive) into the box and the total amount of your order will be updated.

If your promotional code didn’t work, check that you have typed in the code correctly and that it is still valid. If you need further assistance, kindly ping us on Facebook Messenger or send an email to hello@buttonwell.com.


8. The item I want to purchase is out of stock. What do I do? 

We work hard to ensure we fulfil every order we receive. However, in instances where we run out of stock, please select the “Notify me when available” option and we will notify you when the item is back in stock again.


9. How do I get to hear about the launch of new collections and upcoming promotions?

The easiest way is to sign up to our mailing list. You can also follow us on Instagram or Facebook to get our latest updates. 

If you have signed up an account with us, you will automatically receive our latest updates via email.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment made via American Express, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, PBe, Alliance Online, Affin Bank, AmOnline, Bank Islam, UOB, iRakyat, Bank Mualamat, myBSN, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered, HSBC and KFHonline.


2. Do you accept debit card?

Yes. Simply fill in your debit card details in the credit card section during the checkout process.


3. Do you accept payment via direct bank transfer or bank in?

Yes. Kindly send us an email at hello@buttonwell.com, or ping us on Facebook Messenger, together with the garments you are interested to purchase, and the proof of payment.
